Terms and conditions

Online ranges are indicative, include VAT and exclude the charger. The exact price is confirmed at the free site visit and in the formal quote.

The reservation costs $500,000 and is deducted from the final price. The balance is paid at installation.

With a paid reservation, we install within 72 hours of you telling us your car has arrived, provided the site visit is done and any required approvals (for example, from the owners association) are in place. If we miss that deadline, we refund your reservation.

The reservation locks your quoted price until your car arrives, for up to 6 months from payment. If the car, distance or scope change, the price is updated with a new quote.

The reservation is refundable if you cancel before scheduling. Refunds are made to the same payment method within 30 calendar days.

The Moving Plan is added at installation. It costs 30% of the quoted installation value (installation plus level) and is paid with it.

If you move within 3 years of installation, we uninstall your charger at no extra cost, leave the wall and parking spot in perfect condition (patching and paint where we worked) and keep every reusable material for your new home. Without the plan, uninstalling costs on average 50% of the installation value.

The installation at the new home is quoted separately, with the savings of reusing the materials. The plan is personal, not redeemable for cash and not transferable.

Installations include a workmanship warranty per the formal quote.
